Job description
You will be responsible for:
• Defining the solutions plan for Southern Europe with the Regional Director; supporting Business Units in defining the Solutions strategy and plan.
• Generating leads for possible Solutions sales / products / services; actively participating in product development processes.
• Initiating and playing a leading role in regional solutions projects.
• Gathering intelligence of companies and competitors within your region.
• Planning, forecasting, reporting and monitoring performance of sales in your region; supporting Business Units in planning, forecasting and monitoring sales.
• Facilitating the collaboration of Key-Accounts within business units; this includes sharing of best practices, frequent Cross-OE exchanges.
• Supporting the Regional Directors, CEOs and Key-Accounts in liaising with Key Stake-Holders.
• Marketing solutions within the region to Business Units.
Profile
Strong experience in the Insurance/Assistance industry
Experience in business and product development
Advanced skills on structuring and leading complex tasks, processes and projects.
Pro-active attitude, sense of initiative and ability to work independently.
Ability to communicate / present in a convincing and structured way.
Good interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to different stakeholders on all hierarchical levels and build high value relationships.
Change Management experience would be a plus
Strong MS Office skills, notably in PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
Languages: Fluent English; Italian, (Spanish, Portuguese would be a plus)
