About the Role:

As a customer support agent, your task is to provide a solution-oriented approach for the users to make their online experience safe, enjoyable and convenient. You will learn how to give advice and guidance and how to respond to questions and complaints.

To Succeed in This Role, You Are:

• Fluent in German (essential)
• Excellent in verbal, writing and interpersonal communication skills
• Eagle eyed with great attention to details and have a positive and empathetic personality
• Caring about people – you will be working with securing the online safety, our customers and their users
• Ideally interested in marketplaces, shared economy and new technology
• Previous experience in customer care and/or online business is a plus
