Responsabilità:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
•	Identificare le opportunità di vendita in licenza all'interno della base clienti di interesse.&lt;br /&gt;
•	In collaborazione con il responsabile del team vendite, creare e monitorare i piani di penetrazione clienti.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Creare fatturato e crescita in linea con gli obiettivi personali e dell'organizzazione.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Capire l'organizzazione del cliente, la sua strategia IT e i suoi obiettivi.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Verificare che tutte le opportunità vengano vagliate, preventivate, chiuse e gestite servendosi degli appositi tool.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Aumentare la spesa di ciascun cliente adottando un approccio di vendita per categorie.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Identificare opportunità di vendita di servizi a valore aggiunto, come, ad esempio, SAM, sviluppo software, migrazione e servizi professionali, e coinvolgere il team vendite specializzato di Insight ove necessario.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Mantenere informazioni aggiornate, accurate e dettagliate su clienti e potenziali clienti nel sistema CRM e nei tool di licenza di Insight. &lt;br /&gt;
•	Incoraggiare i clienti a utilizzare strumenti di e-business e aumentare la percentuale di transazioni sul Web in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Collaborare e coordinare con BDM per le visite ai clienti.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Comprendere appieno le esigenze dei clienti e fornire dei preventivi accurati per migliorare la percezione del business e ridurre al minimo i resi.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Implementare un sistema efficace per il follow up e fornire il feedback sui fornitori.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Partecipare attivamente alle campagne sui prodotti e promuovere i partner Alliance.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Intrattenere rapporti di collaborazione con gli altri reparti per offrire sempre un servizio clienti eccellente.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Assumersi la responsabilità di partecipare ad attività di formazione e sviluppo su prodotti, sistemi e capacità.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Assumersi la responsabilità di determinare e soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti, per far sì che continuino a collaborare con noi.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Comunicare idee di miglioramento rivolte a potenziare le prestazioni e l'efficacia a livello di team e personale.&lt;br /&gt;

Capacità ed esperienze:&lt;br /&gt;

•	Almeno 1 anno di esperienza nella vendite telefoniche costituisce titolo preferenziale, idealmente in entrata e in uscita&lt;br /&gt;
•	Chiara prova di continua soddisfazione degli obiettivi in un ambiente volto a profitti e margini&lt;br /&gt;
•	Comprovato resoconto di sviluppo dei clienti, in particolare con un complesso portafoglio di prodotti e servizi&lt;br /&gt;

Our Client, an International Pharmaceutical Company, is looking for a Cluster Clinical Research Scientist, a key role in the authorship of clinical documents, contribution to project clinical strategies, support budget management, operational tracking and control, process improvement.&lt;br /&gt;
Key Responsibilities:&lt;br /&gt;
- Contributes to the project strategy and to Clinical Development Plans (CDP) &lt;br /&gt;
- Writes both scientific and operational parts of Clinical Trials Protocols (CTP) and related documents &lt;br /&gt;
- Writes andor supervises write-up of Clinical Trial Reports &lt;br /&gt;
- Contributes to clinical parts of regulatory dossiers &lt;br /&gt;
- Interacts with representatives ethics committees and opinion leaders and participates to meetings as appropriate &lt;br /&gt;
- Contributes to publication strategy and write-up of abstracts, posters and papers &lt;br /&gt;
- Gives scientific presentations at internal and external meetings &lt;br /&gt;
- Supports Cluster Head or senior clinical research scientist in budget tracking and management, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) tracking and improvement.&lt;br /&gt;
Requisitions:&lt;br /&gt;
Degree in a science or health related discipline. &lt;br /&gt;
- Proven hands-on experience in clinical research in industry or academia &lt;br /&gt;
- In depth knowledge of GCPs and ICH Guidelines. &lt;br /&gt;
- Good understanding of clinical trial design, trial execution and operations &lt;br /&gt;
- Understand and applies medical &amp; business knowledge to clinical trials execution &lt;br /&gt;
- English proficiency. Italian is not necessary &lt;br /&gt;
- Computer literacy &lt;br /&gt;
- Communication skills, planning, organization, and business knowledge &lt;br /&gt;
- Project Management skills and basic understanding of project management tools &lt;br /&gt;
- Positive attitude and calm &lt;br /&gt;
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time &lt;br /&gt;
