YOUR ROLE
Welcome of GM�s and offer of a personalised service
Play an active role in selling bar products
Set up of the bar, preparation and control of facilities
Versatile: table and bar services

YOUR PROFILE
Availability and international mobility from 3 to 8 months
Diploma in catering or hotel industry
Professional bartending experience in high volume service
Knowledge of cocktails

Fluent French compulsory, other foreign languages a plus (German, Dutch, Russian, Italian)
French season contract. Salary adapted to skills and experience. Accommodation and meals provided by the Club (with your fi nancial contribution).

Your role
� Welcoming and supervising children from 4 to 17 years
� Entertaining by leading manual and/or sports activities
� Organising game workshops and a weekly show
� Reassuring children and parents
� Being responsible for children�s hygiene and safety

Your profile
� Availability and international mobility from 3 to 8 months or during school holidays
� Working experience in childcare supervision (summer camp) mandatory
� CPR & First Aid preferred
� Fluent French compulsory, another foreign language a plus (German, Dutch, Russian, Italian)

In implementing our high quality site at the clients we are looking for IT service companies or freelancers to initiate a continuing partnership in region of Cusago/Milano (Italy) starting soon in

IT on-site support (ref. 1323TL)

Tasks:
� swap of Personal Computers and Notebooks
� hardware break & fix services (hardware will be provided by customer)
� data transfers (from old to new system)
� patching of network plugs
� technical assistance with router swaps
� installation of software packages onsite
� installation and configuration of exclusively DELL hardware (warranty service)
� integration of PC components into the corporate network

Service Level Agreement:
� next business day (after receiving the order from CORA-IT GmbH)
� working hours: Monday to Friday during office hours

Requested:
� vocational qualification or equivalent experience
� experience with MS operating systems and Office applications
� knowledge in DELL hardware and peripherals
� good networking skills (LAN, TCP / IP, DHCP, etc.)
� English language

Would be an Advantage
� Certifications in IT environment (Microsoft, Dell, HP, Cisco, etc.)
� Good communication skills

Department Overview: Italian Media Sales

The company�s Inside Sales Organisation Media team is an integral part of the small to medium sales organisation within the company in Europe. Responsibilities:

� Prospect, acquire and grow new accounts for a designated territory through cold calls to clients
� Create and manage an account list of small to medium size advertisers
� Pitch new business by phone to SMEs and advertising agencies
� Develop and cultivate relationships at all levels from CMO to Brand Managers to Media Buyers
� Maximize customer retention through developing relationships with key accounts
� Identify and understand trends within client markets and industries
� Proactively conduct research in the assigned territory sector utilising various resources (internet, publications, networking, referrals, etc.)
� Assist in the training of new members of the division

Requirements:

� Demonstrated experience in online and/or off-line media advertising marketing or direct marketing experience
� Phone or field based sales experience, with a history of demonstrable high performance
� Proven track record of success driving revenue through prospecting, creating new business and growing and retaining existing business
� Strong negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade at the executive management level
� Passionate about online media and the internet, with a desire to learn
� Strong understanding of marketing dynamics including demographic and psychographic targeting and brand positioning
� Understand how technology works and the ability to explain in ordinary terms
� Ability to work and contribute in a large team environment
� BA/BS (Marketing/Advertising preferred)
� Competent in the English language both written and spoken
� Fluent Italian spoken and written

Job Role

Our Client�s Milan office requires an Italian Customer Service Representative. You will have strong customer service skills and be able to complement the team.

The role will require you to:

� Explain our repair procedure and other options available to customers
� Complete the invoicing for jobs and giving updates on customer items and answer any email queries.
� Liaising with the workshop for progress on repairs and stock availability.
� Meeting targets and promoting first class customer service.
� Explore new product opportunities and liaise directly with customers to achieve this.

The Candidate

The candidate should:

You must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the relevant skill areas. Knowledge of the automotive sector would be useful and computer skills are essential. Italian must be your most fluent language and good English essential. Permission to work in France is also essential. Experience in the automotive sector is highly desirable
