Schwerpunkt Ihrer Aufgabe ist der Direktvertrieb des ge-samten Produktportfolios an bestehende und neue Kunden inklusive After Sales. The role: Community Manager (Temporary)&lt;br /&gt;
The Google Local Product Management team is looking for a Community Manager to create, develop and establish the Local Community Management network in Rome. You will be in charge of preparing and executing the business plan liaising with the Community Management Lead, Marketing, Consumer Operations and PR teams. Significant community management experience is required as well as ability to work with cross functional and remotely located teams while delivering at very high pace.&lt;br /&gt;
Responsibilities:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Create and execute our Local Community strategy liaising with the Community Management Lead based in the USA.&lt;br /&gt;
* Identify and engage end users and power users executing targeted events and sponsorship opportunities.&lt;br /&gt;
* Author blog posts, articles, podcasts, videos and screencasts and other social media tools to communicate effectively our mission statement.&lt;br /&gt;
* Analyze issues, patterns and trends in customer requests and product.Establish performance metrics &amp; report on our outbound activities on a monthly basis including recommendations.&lt;br /&gt;
* Act as voice of the user passing feedback to the appropriate departments (bugs, messaging effectiveness to marketing, and identifying user generated content).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Minimum Qualifications:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Relevant social media experience.&lt;br /&gt;
* Experience managing and executing events.&lt;br /&gt;
* Experience dealing with local communities in Rome.&lt;br /&gt;
